LEM is proud to co-design with Semikron Danfoss and develop advanced motor control solutions that minimize the current sensing function within power modules. This collaboration has resulted in two pioneering concepts:

• Nano for DCM™1000X: Featuring dual air-gap differential hall effect measurement, cross talk immunity, and high integration, this product is designed to meet the needs of modern EV systems, with a bandwidth of 100 kHz and reinforced isolation for 800V battery systems.
• New Concept for eMPack®: Another cutting-edge motor control solution, with similar features, tailored for eMPack applications, offering 80 kHz bandwidth for optimal performance in EVs.

Both current sensing solutions provide unmatched integration and efficiency for electric motors, designed to help shape the future of electric mobility.

Bi-Directional On-Board Charger (OBC)

Experience the future of EV charging with our bi-directional on-board charger (OBC) application.

CDT Sensors - Automotive Grade Leakage Current Sensing

The first automotive grade residual current monitoring (RCM) type B sensor for bi-directional OBCs with ASIL B capabilities.

These sensors ensure top-tier safety and performance for electric vehicles. They are designed to detect even the smallest current leakages, ensuring both vehicle safety and efficiency.
